Barolo Wine Dinner featuring Palladino Wines

You won’t want to miss out on this exclusive event. We will be featuring 4 wines from the Palladino Winery.
First Course- Burrata stuffed with pesto and ricotta, served over a bed of arugula tossed in an herb olive oil. (Pairing 2016 Palladino Gavi)
Second Course-Espresso and Parmesan cream risotto. (Pairing 2015 Barbera D’Alba)
Third Course- Barolo braised short ribs served with mushrooms and seasonal vegetables.
Fourth Course-Panna Cotta served with espresso.
